discipleFLIP is not just another discipleship program—it’s a strategy that reclaims the heart of biblical disciple-making: personal connection, spiritual growth, and reproducible relationships. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all curriculum, discipleFLIP equips followers of Jesus to shift from programmatic participation to relational pursuit—where everyday believers learn to Find, Listen, Invest, and Persist with others in intentional, Spirit-led discipleship.
At its core, discipleFLIP is about flipping the script—moving from passive attendance to active disciple-making.
A Digital Tool for a Relational Mission
To support this movement, the discipleFLIP platform—available as a website and future mobile app—offers churches a powerful tool to cultivate relational discipleship within their own communities.
The discipleFLIP website will be a platform that will provide resources to assist and enable anyone, or any group, to implement this disciple making strategy with things like:
- Regularly updated suggestions and methods to connect intentionally with others who also desire to grow as disciples and disciple-makers.
- Materials to help engage in guided conversations and relational discipleship journeys based on the F.L.I.P. framework.
- Resources to track progress, celebrate growth, and remain accountable—together.
Leadership Tools and Coaching
We have chosen not to offer digital connection options, not only due to privacy, but it is in contrast to the values and principals behind the of "Find". Finding someone needs to be intentional, prayerful, and personal, using your own digital tools is your choice, and not just to make it convenient.
In addition, church leaders will have access to tools and resources to help navigate and manage how they use the platform. This gives pastors and discipleship teams the ability to:
- Build their own Discipleship Ministry for their church and help coordinate activity and track engagement.
- Equip and support new disciple-makers.
- Promote a healthy, unified culture of multiplication.
- Customize how connection suggestions are made within their congregation.

Flipping the Script on Disciple-Making
For over 25 years, Patrick Giraldin has served as a pastor, leader, and disciple-maker—helping individuals and churches move beyond programs and into deep, transformational relationships with Jesus Christ. With a Doctor of Ministry degree and decades of ministry leadership across church plants, mega-churches, and digital platforms, Patrick brings a unique blend of biblical depth, strategic insight, and real-world experience to the mission of disciple-making.
But discipleFLIP isn’t just another program. It was born out of a holy discontent with check-the-box discipleship and a burning desire to return to the raw, relational roots of the Great Commission. Jesus didn’t say, “Go and make members.” He said, “Go and make disciples.” (Matthew 28:19-20
Patrick’s passion is to equip everyday believers to become bold, invested disciple-makers who live on mission in their communities, families, and churches. Through his book discipleFLIP: Reckless Discipleship – Flipping the Script on Disciple Making, online training, and an innovative digital platform, Patrick empowers churches and individuals to rediscover disciple-making as a lifestyle, not just a lesson.
When he’s not preaching, writing, or coaching, Patrick enjoys life with his wife Gina, their four children—Spencer, Jordan, Kyle, and Tyler, and their three grandsons - Emory, Jax, and Ozzy. He’s convinced that the most powerful ministry starts at home, and the most lasting change happens one relationship at a time.

Pat is a pastor, teacher, and storyteller with a heart for truth and a passion for helping people discover their purpose in Christ. With over 30 plus years of ministry experience, Patrick has dedicated his life to equipping believers to live boldly in a broken world. He has served churches, led discipleship initiatives, and mentored leaders across generations, always challenging people to walk deeper in their faith.
He recently published his first Novel, Remnant: The Refuge Awakens, and is Patrick’s debut work of Christian fiction—and the first book in the gripping Tribulation Testimony Series. Rooted in his love for biblical prophecy, spiritual awakening, and the transforming power of grace, this series is both a powerful story and a prophetic challenge for today’s church.
Known for blending theological depth with real-world grit, Patrick brings his own journey of faith, failure, and redemption into every page he writes. He believes in the power of storytelling to wake people up, draw them in, and send them out with renewed conviction.
